Our tax advisory office prepares the annual financial statements for companies required to keep accounts, including the appendix where necessary, and will ensure their publication in the electronic Federal Gazette upon request. If needed, we can also prepare a provisional annual financial statement or an interim balance sheet.

For companies that are not required to prepare balance sheets, we create the necessary income-surplus statements.

Upon completion, all annual accounts and income-surplus statements are issued by the tax consultant, confirming that they have been prepared in full compliance with the relevant legal regulations.
